“The Chapel” is an outdoor pop up restaurant that explores the spiritual relationship between people eating and drinking together and the space that unites them. The symbolism of the church is reconsidered in the peak of the corrugated roof and the coloured stained glass windows. A playful and informal space is formed for people to reconsider their spirituality within a broader context, both religiously and secularly, as they consider how food can unite communities.
