B4_#040 // The Tomb // Johanna Just
Once we are gone – apart from everything else – what remains is a massive amount of data that speaks of our everyday life on earth. Aiming to illustrate this idea, the Flash Memorial is totally dedicated to our digital afterlife. Archiving the dead person’s data on a gigantic memory stick, for friends and family to connect to in times of sorrow, the tomb is acting as exceptional landmark on the painful way of dealing with a person’s death – allowing to re-enact moments of joy.
